TARAYAKO Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

a. We offer refunds on products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item.

b. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 2-days of receiving the product.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

o   Software downloads

o   E-books

o   Digital subscriptions or memberships

·         Customized or Personalized Items:

o   Products that have been customized, engraved, or personalized according to the customer's specifications

 

·         Perishable Goods:

o   Items that are prone to spoilage or decay, such as food, flowers, or plants

·         Intimate or Hygiene Products:

o   Underwear and lingerie

o   Personal care items like razors, cosmetics, or toiletries

·         Gift Cards or Vouchers:

o   Any purchased gift cards, vouchers, or store credit

·         Clearance or Final Sale Items:

o   Products explicitly marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase

·         Event Tickets:

o   Tickets for concerts, shows, or events

·         Downloadable Software or Licenses:

o   Software licenses and digital products that have been activated or downloaded

o   Products that are specially ordered or custom-made for the customer

·         Shipping Costs:

o   Shipping and handling fees, unless the return is due to an error on the part of TARAYAKO ECOMMERCE PLATFORM

·         Items Damaged Due to Customer Negligence:

o   Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or neglect by the customer

 

3. How to Request a Refund

a. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at orders@tarayako.com with your order number and details about the issue.

b. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the defective or damaged product.

 

4. Refund Process

a. Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

b. Please allow 28-days for the refund to be processed.

 

5. Shipping Costs

a. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (for example, wrong item shipped).

 

6. Return Shipping

a. If a return is necessary, we may provide you with a prepaid shipping label. If not, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

b. Please use appropriate packaging to ensure the product is returned in its original condition.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

a. If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company.

8. Exchanges

a. We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
