TARAYAKO Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
a. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or
modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Exceptions to Cancellation
a. In the event of a technical error or system glitch
leading to duplicate orders, please contact our customer service team at orders@tarayako.com immediately for
assistance.
b. TARAYAKO reserves the right to cancel an order in case
of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
3. Digital Products
a. Orders for digital products, including software
downloads, e-books, and digital subscriptions, cannot be canceled once the
download process has begun.
4. Customized or Personalized Items
a. Orders for products that have been customized,
engraved, or personalized according to the customer's specifications cannot be
canceled.
5. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
a. If an order is canceled due to an issue on our end or
if we are unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued to the
original method of payment.
b. If an order is canceled for any other reason, our
standard refund policy will apply.
